About 2 years ago, my nephew Scott, asked me to draw one of his many prized possessions, a Buick Grand National. I had never drawn a car before but figured, ok, might as well give it a try. He was so pleased, he had me draw several others for him. At that time, I also worked for Gulfstream/General Dynamics and thought about drawing a Gulfstream Jet. Wayne, said, "try it" and brought me some photos to work with. It now hangs in the Service Office at Gulfstream!
In 2007 I attended a PLGA benefit for an adorable little girl. If ever you want to support a foundation, it should be PLGA. Because of that benefit I have gained many avenues for my work and have spread my wings!
One of my portraits was displayed in the Bergstrom/Mahler art museum for several weeks! I participated in a fundraising event for the Haitian Children. The portrait was auctioned at the end of the showing.
